Spencer Bradley has assumed duties as the personal training coordinator at the new St. Bernards Health & Wellness Institute.
He is responsible for coordinating the Institute’s personal training program and sports specific training program. His work includes program promotion, personnel management, scheduling coordination, budget attainment and program safety and security.
He will work with trainers and members to help meet each individual’s fitness objectives, while ensuring that Institute services comply with the American College of Sports Medicine standards.
The holder of a bachelor of science in exercise science degree from Arkansas State University, Bradley has had four years of experience in the wellness industry, working as a general manager of a multi-million dollar personal training company and as a personal trainer and wellness coach.
The Valley View High School graduate is active in a number of civic efforts, having served as a volunteer with the March of Dimes, the United Cerebral Palsy of Arkansas telethon and the Special Olympics program in Jonesboro. He also has served as a health screener and as a fitness counselor for Camp Ready, Set, Go.
He is the son of Melvin and Robin Bradley of Jonesboro.
