The Women’s Advisory Council of the St. Bernards Development Foundation will sponsor a uniform and shoe sale on Wednesday and Thursday, Feb. 29 and March 1.
Scheduled for the Dietary Conference Room (just outside the cafeteria) at St. Bernards Medical Center, the event is one of three uniform sales sponsored each year by the volunteer group.
More than 800 pairs of brand name shoes and about 18,000 items of clothing – lab jackets and scrubs – will be available. In addition, a number of gift items will be offered for sale, and monogramming will be available on site. Gift items typically include backpacks, totes, picnic baskets, beach towels, blankets and more.
Brands will include Merrell, Dansko, Cherokee, Urbane, Peaches, Landau and K-Swiss.
Proceeds from the sale will go toward the Women’s Advisory Council’s pledge to the Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House at St. Bernards.
The sale, open to the interested public, is scheduled for 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday and 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday.
