The Paragould Wound Healing Center, a department of St. Bernards Medical Center in collaboration with Arkansas Methodist Medical Center, has opened at One Medical Drive, Suite 201, in Paragould.
The center offers specialized wound care services or those who live in the Paragould area.
Drs. Dwight Williams, Lance Monroe and Alberto Fonticiella have been trained in caring for chronic and traumatic wounds that have not healed after 30 days of traditional treatment. Most patients seen at the clinic suffer from things such as diabetic ulcers, lower leg ulcers, infections, pressure ulcers, gangrene, radiation burns, failing grafts and flaps, problem surgical wounds and wounds on the lower legs and feet.
The clinic is open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Mondays through Fridays, and patients can be physician referred or self referred. Appointments may be made by calling 870-240-8163.
