Forty-nine St. Bernards employees – including one with 30 years of service – were honored at a recent quarterly employee recognition dinner. Honorees included those whose employment anniversary dates came in the last quarter of 2009 and whose length of service fell into five-year increments.
The individuals accounted for 500 years of service to St. Bernards, with one having been on staff for 30 years, one for 25 years, four for 20 years, seven for 15 years, 16 for 10 years and 20 for five years.
Employees represent 15 towns and communities in eight different Arkansas counties. Twenty-nine are from Jonesboro; three each are from Trumann and Harrisburg; and two each are from Brookland and Lake City. Other communities represented include Bay, Fisher, Hoxie, Paragould, Peach Orchard, Pocahontas, Ravenden, Searcy, Walnut Ridge and West Memphis.
Patsy R. Woodall of Jonesboro works in St. Bernards home health and has been on staff for 30 years. The employee with the next longest tenure was Cozette Foster of Jonesboro who works in medical records and has been on staff for 25 years.
Twenty-year employees include Brenda Vinson, Jonesboro, transitional care facility; Cindy Smith, Searcy, clinical effectiveness; Ernest Morgan II, Jonesboro, bio-med; and Louvena Treat, Jonesboro, environmental services.
Fifteen-year employees include Angela Whitley, Jonesboro, transitional care facility; Audrey Johnson, Jonesboro, nutrition services; Donna Graves, Harrisburg, transitional care facility; Jeanne Travis, Jonesboro, home health; Kelvin Conatser, Trumann, engineering; Lisa Peck, Harrisburg, one day surgery; and Tonya Holden, Jonesboro, 2 East.
Ten-year employees include Alice Brown, Jonesboro, environmental services; Christina Haney, Jonesboro, emergency; Christopher Brown, Jonesboro, bio-med; Dolores Martinez, Jonesboro, admitting; Eric Watson, Jonesboro, marketing; Jim Eakes, Lake City, environmental services; Ladona Niedermeier, Peach Orchard, 2 North; Linda Barrett, Lake City, nutrition services; Elizabeth Hook, Jonesboro, 1 East; Nancy Smith, Walnut Ridge, 2 North; Becky McDaniel Ewart, Jonesboro, Senior Life Center; Robin Bond, Jonesboro, admitting; Shannon Green, Jonesboro, emergency; Tammy Cannon, Paragould, telemetry; Toni Tyler, Pocahontas, surgery; and Tracy Creech, Jonesboro, transitional care facility.
