Dr. Mark Wright has joined the medical staff at Jonesboro Surgical Associates, 1005 East Matthews Ave.
The holder of an M.D. degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, Wright completed a residency in general surgery and fellowships in vascular and endovascular surgery at UAMS.
He did undergraduate studies at Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau.
Wright holds membership in the Society for Vascular Surgery, the Society for Clinical Vascular Surgery, the American College of Surgeons and the Arkansas Chapter of the American College of Surgeons.
He is originally from Osceola and is the grandson of Elkin and Idell Raper of Osceola.
On the medical staff at St. Bernards Medical Center, he also is a member of HMG (Healthcare Medical Group) and SHARP (St. Bernards Healthcare Associated Regional Providers).
Wright joins six other surgeons at Jonesboro Surgical Associates – Drs. Jonathan Altomar, John Cook, Brinson Hargraves, William McAlexander, Robert Warner and Lynn Wiggins.
