St. Bernards Recognized for Excellence in Marketing

St. Bernards Healthcare has been recognized for excellence in marketing and public relations at the annual Arkansas Hospital Association.

The hospital received four Diamond Awards – the top honor given in annual competition sponsored by the statewide group. In addition, the medical center received three certificates of excellence and four certificates of merit.

Three of the Diamond Awards were for entries in the advertising category, and one was for an entry in the foundation category. Advertising Diamond Awards were presented for a Doctors’ Day print ad, a Jonesboro Economical Transit System bus wrap, a surgical campaign advertising heartcare, da Vinci surgery, neurosurgery and Total Joint Advantage and a video produced by Kenny Jackson for HMG to encourage participation in the Doc Rock & Run ½ Marathon & 5K (sponsored by HMG) to benefit the new Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at St. Bernards.

Certificates of excellence also recognized work in the categories of advertising, publication and video production. One was for the overall campaign related to the opening of the St. Bernards Health & Wellness Institute. Another was for the publication Community Healthcare Newsletter. And the third was for a “virtual” video tour of the Health & Wellness Institute.

Certificates of merit were presented in advertising and publication categories for a hospital week print ad, design of T-shirts distributed at free school athlete sports physicals at the HMG Health & Fitness Expo, the campaign related to the 111th anniversary of the founding of St. Bernards and a “mini” patient information guide.

Diamond Awards are presented during a dinner at the Arkansas Hospital Association’s Annual Meeting and Trade Show in Little Rock.

St. Bernards has served as the trusted provider of comprehensive healthcare for residents throughout Northeast Arkansas and Southeast Missouri for more than a century.
