St. Bernards Medical Center has been recognized for excellence in marketing and public relations at the annual Arkansas Hospital Association.
The hospital received one Diamond Award – the top honor –10 Certificates of Excellence and one Judges’ Merit Award.
The Diamond Award was for the St. Bernards Web Site www.stbernards.info. Seven Certificates of Excellence were for advertising; one was for an annual report; one was for a publication; and one was for a special video production. The Judges’ Merit Award was for advertising.
The Certificate of Excellence in the annual report category was for the St. Bernards Cancer Report. The publication certificate recognized the Community Healthcare Newsletter; and the video certificate recognized the HMR Promotional Video.
Advertising Certificates of Excellence included a “Top 100” ad in the print category; a “Total Joint Advantage” spot in the radio category; a “Memory Center” billboard and St. Bernards Sports Medicine pole banners in the special visuals category; campaigns for the “HMR Diet Program” and the “da Vinci Surgical System” in the total campaign category; and the HMR Commercial in the television category.
The Judges’ Merit Award was for St. Bernards advertising included in the Jonesboro City Guide.
“We are pleased to be recognized for excellence in sharing information with our community,” said Laura Pickens, vice president for marketing and public relations. She credited TRUE Visionary Marketing as a collaborator on the award-winning work.
Awards were presented at the recent Arkansas Hospital Association’s annual meeting in Little Rock.
